ChurchTrac, our Church Management System, Keeps Us Connected
Just click on ChurchTrac, to reach our online parish data management system log-in. Next, enter your email address (if we don’t have your email address or it has changed, please let the office know so that we have the correct one in the system). Then, click on the link to have a passcode sent to your email address. Once received, that will be your passcode every time you wish to access the system. Once you have access, you can update/correct your profile (information that the church keeps, such as address, telephone, birth date, etc.) and add information. If you wish to have your cell phone be your primary telephone (or that of a family member), you can designate it as such. Among the menu options on the upper left, you will see that you can view your contribution statement (My Giving List), save it to your computer, or print it any time that you wish. You can also make online donations (Online Giving) and access the parish directory. Both your contribution statement and the directory are up-to-date. We can make paper copies of contribution statements and the directory for those without email addresses or internet access. If you have any difficulty with these instructions, Becky will be happy to walk you through them.
